We understand that sometimes plans change. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to find another convenient time for you as soon as possible.

Please remember, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend the session on time, you will forfeit that session. This is to ensure fairness to all our clients.
